As CEO and Director of VSC, he provides strategic leadership and clear direction, guiding the company’s long‑term growth while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. His strengths lie in strategy formulation, execution, and navigating complex, fast‑changing business environments.
Kyan brings extensive international experience across business, commercial, project, people, and stakeholder management, having worked in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, and Hong Kong. He is recognised for his resilience and ability to operate effectively across cultures, delivering results in dynamic and diverse markets.
Prior to joining VSC, Kyan was Executive Director at CBRE, Hong Kong. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Wolverhampton, UK in 2002, and an MBA from The Open University of Hong Kong in 2011.
