Vision Skill has designed and delivered a series of workshops to facilitate management teams in analyzing business challenges and market opportunities and to suggest strategies and solutions in managing the challenges.

The workshop objectives are:

  • Acquire skills in problem analysis and decision making

  • Acquire skills in influencing stakeholders and decision makers to obtain buy-in for change solutions
  • Facilitate the management in analyzing customers’ expectations and building a strong customer focus culture

  • Strategic workshops for reviewing past performance and setting strategic directions, taking initiatives and action plan by key managers and executives with respect to identified business challenges
  • Training workshop on decision making and influencing skills for key staffs
  • Training workshop on introduction and implementation of customer service culture for all key managers and executives
  • Production of training videos
