Case Study – Global Ice Cream Brand

Vision Skill has designed and delivered a series of workshops on selling skills for this well-known ice-cream brand.  The objectives of the workshops are:

  1. Enable sales staff to sell their products and contribute to the total profit growth through
  • Understand the brand positioning and competitors’ strategies
  • Understanding of consumer’s preferences and psychology
  • Understanding of retailer’s buying behaviour
