Vision Skill was invited to design and develop Assessment Centres for different levels of staff including recruitment of management trainees, assessment of potential of talents at junior and senior management levels. Vision Skill has designed, developed and conducted various Centres which focused on measuring and assessing the participants’ capability against the organisation’s required competences at different levels. The ultimate goal is to strengthen the selection, promotion and talent development processes so that the right number of talents with the right competence are available for the organisation. Vision Skill also supported the development of talents with leadership and managerial training programme.
Deliverables
Specific consultancy service delivered include:
- Design of Assessment Centres for recruitment of Management Trainees and train internal assessors for delivery of the centres
- Design and delivery of Development Centres for first level and senior levels of talents
- Produce individual assessment reports for the participants
- Design and deliver training and development programme for the HiPos

Outcomes
The various centres were delivered with success. The assessment exercises were effective in measuring the capabilities of the participants against the organisation’scompetencies, helping the organisation to make decisions on recruitment, staff deployment and talent development.
