Corporate Training Curriculum– Rail Transport

Vision Skill was invited by a major rail transport company to advise on corporate training curriculum.  The client wish to provide structured and effective training and development programme to ensure staffs are equipped with the right knowledge and skills at the right time of their career to meet their job/responsibilities challenges. VSC supported the client in analysing the results of the internal training needs analysis (TNA), review the adequacy of the current training courses against the TNA results and business needs, training methodology and evaluation approaches.

Training curriculum that support career progression was developed. Based on the strategies and training curriculum, the client’s inhouse team was able to design the implementation plan and schedule.
