Anthony Cheung, Director of Vision Skill Consulting Limited, has extensive experience in consultancy, business development, sales & marketing, as well as people management with major companies. Anthony has also established an extensive business network in Hong Kong, PRC, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and Norway. He possesses valuable practical experience in evaluating start up business, sales planning, and organization development and change.
Anthony has consulted with multinational companies such as Siemens Ltd., Singapore Technologies Electronics and Moet Hennessy. He has successfully completed a major project in China managing and delivering all Rules and Regulations training for the Shanghai Maglev System through Transrapid International, a German Consortium responsible for the construction of the project. He was responsible in managing another major training project in Taiwan for the Taiwan Shinkansen, a high speed rail from North to South of Taiwan, on all O&M and training management for all Core systems. He was engaged in Bangkok Purple Line Project, responsible for consulting on the O&M services.
Prior to joining Vision Skill Consulting, Anthony was Commercial Director of KML Railway Engineering Solution Limited (2000 to 2002); Sales Director and Shareholders of Alfa Audio Visual Systems Limited (1994 to 1999). Anthony had represented over twenty famous professional / hi-end audio visual and multi-media presentation manufacturers from Europe, US and Japan in the Asia Pacific market and set up a regional distributor network in the Greater China (Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Dalin, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Macau, Taipei), Australia & New Zealand (Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Auckland), SE Asia (Singapore, Manila, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok) and was awarded the Seleco SpA, Best Distributor Award in 1994 from Seleco SpA, the biggest TV and Projector manufacturer in Italy.
In his earlier career, Anthony gained his corporate management experience in major Corporations including Hong Kong Telephone, Hong Kong Government and the Mass Transit Railway of Hong Kong. His excellent performance was recognized and awarded the MTRC Chairman Award in 1993. Anthony managed over 50 staff in the MTR Corporation Ltd. and had successfully carried out organization re-engineering to improve productivity.
Anthony is a member of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers, Hong Kong Section and Honorary Advisor of the Accountancy Student Association of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
