Management Challenge and Culture Change – Catering Service
Vision Skill has designed and delivered a series of workshops to facilitate management teams in analyzing business challenges and market opportunities and to suggest strategies and solutions in managing the challenges.
The workshop objectives are:
- Facilitate the management teams to conduct SWOT analysis and analyzing business challenges and risks
- Acquire skills in problem analysis and decision making
- Acquire skills in risk and project management
- Acquire skills in influencing stakeholders and decision makers to obtain buy-in for change solutions
- Facilitate the management in analyzing customers’ expectations and building a strong customer focus culture
Deliverables
Specific consultancy service delivered included:
- Strategic workshops for reviewing past performance and setting strategic directions, taking initiatives and action plan by key managers and executives with respect to identified business challenges
- Training workshop on decision making and influencing skills for key staffs
- Training workshop on introduction and implementation of customer service culture for all key managers and executives

Outcomes
